சங்கம் அமைப்பது நமது அரசியலைப்பு சட்டம் வழங்கியுள்ள உரிமை

108 ஆம்புலன்ஸ் ஊழியர்கள் சங்கமாக செயல்படவும் , அதில் உறுப்பினர்களாக சேரவும் நமது அரசியலைப்பு சட்டம் சரத்து 19 நமக்கு உரிமைகளை வழங்கியுள்ளது .

19. Protection of certain rights regarding freedom of speech etc

(1) All citizens shall have the right

(a) to freedom of speech and expression;

(b) to assemble peaceably and without arms;

(c) to form associations or unions;

(d) to move freely throughout the territory of India;

(e) to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India; and

(f) omitted

(g) to practise any profession, or to carry on any occupation, trade or business

தொழிலாளர் நலச்சட்டங்களின்படியான உரிமைகளை கோரிப்பெற 108 ஆம்புலன்ஸ் தொழிலாளர் சங்கத்திற்கு அனைத்து உரிமைகளும் உண்டு.  108  ஆம்புலன்ஸ் தொழிலாளர் சங்கம் தொழிலாளர்களின் சட்டப் படியான நியாயமான அனைத்து உரிமைகளையும் கோரவும் அதற்காக சட்டபடியான போராட்டங்களை நடத்தவும் அனைத்து உரிமைகளையும் பெற்று உள்ளது. நாம் சங்கமாக இணைத்து செயல்படுவதன் மூலமே நமது நியாயமான உரிமைகளை பெறமுடியும். எந்த தயக்கமும்  இன்றி 108 தொழிலாளர் சங்கத்தில் உரிப்பினர்களாவோம். நமது உரிமைகளை வென்றெடுப்போம்.
